At Kage Scents, we currently only ship within the United States. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your fragrance samples in a timely manner.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-7 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are set at a flat rate of 4.99 for standard shipping
- Free shipping may be available on orders over $50 USD.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track its status.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
