At Kage Scents, we want you to explore and enjoy our fragrance samples with confidence. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔ Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
✔ Your order number
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
✘ Opened or used fragrance samples
✘ Personal scent preferences
✘ Orders past the 48-hour damage claim window
